There are two main components in the Rationalizer suite – The Application Rationalizer and the Design Rationalizer. The Application Rationalizer automatically analyzes your data at an application level and reports on which applications are currently used and which have little or no user activity. The automatically collected information can be reviewed and enhanced with information about application details, documentation, support and funding information. This produces a complete Lotus Notes - based inventory of all of your applications in one central location that can be replicated and shared with your IT team and users. The Design Rationalizer automatically analyzes all of your application documents and organizes them based on user-defined date periods, then reports on which design elements (Forms, Subforms, Views, Agents, Script Libraries, etc.) are used by the documents in each pre - defined date period. This can help you prioritize documents and design elements that are really needed in applications vs. those that can be ignored or archived.
